Alstom

Each year, the Swedish Transport Administration reports approximately 5,000 wildlife collisions on railways, leading to significant material damage, operational delays, and harm to animals. Traditional mitigation methods have proven insufficient, underscoring the need for innovative solutions to enhance railway safety and protect wildlife.

In collaboration with Alstom, since 2023 we have been  co-developing an conducting extended field tests to prevent wildlife collisions at various sites in Sweden, working with various species like wild boars, elks, deer and eagles.
