“Just being considered one of Sweden’s top Female Founders is huge. I just wish we didn’t have to think about the fact that we’re women. We’re just strong founders.” says Sara Nozkova.

Shaky and surreal – that’s how she describes winning Female Founders 2025.

“There were so many great companies and strong founders, and we’re all doing completely different things, so I think it’s very hard to pick a winner. It’s also really fun that the audience feels they understand the problem we’re trying to solve and think it’s important.”

According to Sara Nozkova, the win is motivation to keep working hard with Flox.

“You really had to fight a lot since we started, and it’s been a constant rollercoaster. Hearing that others also believe this is important and has great potential gives us so much energy to keep building.”
