We are now seeking a Sales Manager Europe to lead the expansion of our wildlife management solutions across the European airport and railroad sectors. Our AI-driven platform, deployed on trains, drones, and stationary devices, helps prevent wildlife hazards and ensure safer transportation and preservation of natural resources. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to penetrate these critical markets, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work remotely while regularly connecting with the team at our Stockholm headquarters.
As Sales Manager Europe, you will collaborate closely with the leadership, product, and marketing teams to secure new business, develop partnerships, and expand Flox’s presence across airports and railroads throughout Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution:
- Drive sales processes in the airport and railroad transportation markets across Europe.
- Identify and target key customers, including airports, railroad operators, and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Drive the sales cycle from lead generation through to closing deals, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market penetration.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the airport and railroad sectors, including decision-makers at transportation authorities, safety regulators, and infrastructure operators.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline as basis for forecasting and budgeting.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored wildlife management solutions that enhance safety and operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Provide regular reporting on customer success metrics, including customer satisfaction, retention, and product usage.

Partnership Development:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with transportation authorities, integrators, and key industry players that support Flox’s growth in the airport and railroad markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the resources and support needed to successfully market and implement Flox’s solutions.
Market Expansion & Growth:
- Analyze market trends and regulatory frameworks in the airport and railroad sectors to identify new growth opportunities.
- Provide customer and market feedback to inform product development and business strategies.
- Represent Flox at relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build awareness and expand our network in the transportation industry.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the leadership team to support decision-making and business growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a sales manager or business development professional, with a strong focus on airports, railroad transportation, or related sectors.
- A track record of successfully expanding sales and growing market share in highly regulated industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies across multiple European markets.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages (e.g., French, German, or Spanish) are highly desirable.
- Ability to travel regularly within Europe as needed.
