We are now seeking a dedicated Customer Success & Delivery Manager to manage the post-sales process for our customers across Europe and the United States. You will be responsible for ensuring successful onboarding, project delivery, and ongoing customer satisfaction, acting as the main point of contact for customers after a sale is made. This role requires exceptional project management skills, a passion for customer success, and the ability to work across multiple markets. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work remotely while collaborating with the team at our Stockholm headquarters.
As Customer Success & Delivery Manager, you will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from implementation to ongoing support. You will also manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring they get the most out of Flox’s innovative wildlife management platform deployed across trains, drones, and stationary devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Success & Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers across Europe and the United States after the sale, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery and ongoing support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they are satisfied with Flox’s solutions and services.
- Proactively manage customer accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and ensuring renewal and retention rates remain high.
- Project Management & Delivery:
- Oversee the delivery of Flox’s wildlife management solutions, ensuring successful implementation, onboarding, and training.
- Develop detailed project plans, coordinate with internal teams, and manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Work with customers to understand their specific needs and customize Flox’s platform to meet their objectives.
- Ongoing Customer Support & Optimization:
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers, ensuring they are fully utilizing the platform and gaining value from the product.
- Monitor customer usage, identify any issues or areas for improvement, and work with the product team to address these.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with customers to ensure ongoing success and identify additional needs.
- Collaboration & Internal Coordination:
- Work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback is communicated and integrated into product development.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Ensure a smooth handoff from the sales team to the delivery and customer success process, managing expectations and project goals.
- Customer Insights & Reporting:
- Provide regular reporting on customer success metrics, including customer satisfaction, retention, and product usage.
- Gather feedback and insights from customers to help inform product development and future sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer success, project management, or client services, ideally in a technology-driven company.
- Strong background in managing customer relationships, delivering complex projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects and customers across different markets (Europe and the US).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and solve customer challenges.
- Experience with AI, IoT, or data-driven platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel occasionally within Europe and the US as needed.
